Booking Protocol and a Confirming a Booking

Booking a safari holiday is a very involved process. We strongly encourage our clients to work as closely as possible with their dedicated consultant to obtain maximum value from our experience and to secure their bookings as soon as possible especially when booking over peak periods.
Once you are satisfied with your travel arrangements, a deposit of 30% of the total booking cost will secure your itinerary. The balance owing of 70% should be paid 60 days (8 weeks) prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

In the unfortunate event that you are required to cancel your itinerary, cancellations must be submitted in writing and will be subjected to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation greater than 60 days from arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 30% of deposited amount will be deducted.
Cancellation between 59 – 30 days from arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of deposited amount will be deducted.
Cancellation less than 30 days from arrival date, the full amount deposited will be forfeited and no refund will be possible.

Steppe Dogs Adventures Ltd assumes no responsibility for any changes caused by airlines e.g. Delays, flight cancellations, and for any additional costs caused by those changes. We appreciate your report upon any changes in the scheduling of trips you have booked to facilitate your planning.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend our customers that they should take comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel. However booking with Steppe Dogs Adventures, every client should be agreed to be aware of local conditions of the risks incurred, accept to fully assume them, and does not bear with the responsibility of Steppe Dog Adventure ltd. Also, clients should be aware of the scarcity of health facilities and competent staff and also other things such as poor road conditions and communications. Safety
In case of occurrence of events that may affect the safety of clients and our drivers, Steppe Dogs Adventures reserves the right to change the circuit program. Clients will be informed about the reasons for these changes and the new arrangements will be communicated.
